Accenture Institute for High Performance

The Accenture Institute for High Performance (IHP) is a global research center with teams based in Beijing, Boston, London, Mumbai, New Delhi, and São Paulo. The Institute’s researchers develop and disseminate strategic insights for Accenture and its clients— “big ideas" that executives, economists, and policy leaders can act upon to bring about meaningful change in their organizations. Since its beginnings in the mid-1990s, the IHP has helped establish Accenture as the preeminent authority on how to define and measure high performance, and also on how organizations can become high performers themselves. Under the leadership of its Global Managing Director, Paul Nunes, IHP researchers have developed seminal ideas on such topics as disruptive innovation, customer behavior, leadership teams, rural markets, public-sector innovation, and national and regional economic growth.
